Hi, I'm a 14 year old female and I'm starting at the gym soon (along with swimming club, and aerobics and and spin classes, hopefully). I'll be going 2 or 3 times per week. I'm not very fit now, so I'm wondering which machines I should use? So I won't get injured? I like the rowing machine and exercise bike. Not so fond of the crosstrainer and treadmill, but that's only really because I'm so unfit. Once I get more in shape I'd love to take up running. So... which machines should I use? I'd love to strengthen my core muscles, and my bum, tum, legs and arms could use a little shaping up. Any ideas? Which machines tone which parts of you?
