I bought a York Experience Rower:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0019ZB3N8
I ordered it just after christmas, and during regular use on the highest settings (it's a hydraulic rower with a material belt), the belt tore... Now it is useless, I still have the box. What do you call it when the company pay for a postage label which they send to you, which means that they've paid for postage? Also, how can I actually get one of those labels from Amazon, to return the package at their expense, as the product shouldn't break like this. Their policies page is very complex, and I've looked all around. I found it once, but lost the link. Please help :)
