hi all, just wondering if someone can help me with this:- i'm 24 (nearly 25), i try to eat healthy but have no particular diet. i excerise everyday 30 mins on the rower (at least), but then i may do 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups/dunbells. **about my body*** 1) *metabolism* - i'm the type of person so needs to excerise to stay trim (never used to be though)
2) *stomach* - is okay
3) *chest* - is quite solid, but one thing i happen to notice is i cannot tone my pecks up, its like a real sagging fatty tissue around my nipple area :/ i don't have gynecomastia, but it seems everything i do i cannot tone this area at all no matter how much i try, any advice for toning/diet/pills.
