I have been reading that it is best to change exercise program as the body gets used to same exercise. At the moment i do 30 mins daily on cycle, also twice a week i do an hour session of : bike - 30 mins, step - 10 mins, cross country runner- 5 mins, rower - 5ins, arms - 5mins and weights (on different machines) for 15 mins. I also do 30 mins of yoga twice a week. My question is should i change the 30 mins of cycling daily to 10 mins each on step, bike and runner ?.
I weigh 8 stone 10lb and am 5ft 4 but have areas around bum and thighs that need toned.
Also what machines are best for these areas ?
