How long will it take for a rowing machine to take effect?

I do a rowing machine 20 mins every other day. I eat a good balanced diet with fruit and veg 5 a day. I'm cutting down on everything fatty, sugary and sweet that's filled with calories.
But my real question is, how long will it take for my work on the rowing machine to kick it, I mean when can I see a little weight being lost? I also go on the trampoline for an hour, it sounds silly but i do it vigorously and it makes me sweat after a while...
so, when can i see loss of weight of muscle build up in my body?
