Hey, i'm looking to bulk now and i've decided to do 3 cardio sessions with my routine... 1) Is 30mins jogging good for each session? If i can't jog i would do 20mins bike and 10mins rower? Will either of these stop my muscles growing? 2) As a warm up before each weight session I use the bike for 5mins and rower for 5mins, this won't make me do too much cardio and stop my muscles growing will it? and do I need to do all that as a warm-up?
