Exercise Cross Trainers

Question...

Is it ok to diet and exercise using a cross trainer when trying to conceive?

I'm about 14lbs overweight and i want to start exercising on my cross trainer and want to know if that is a safe form of exercise as i do not know if i'm pregnant yet, its my 2ww. With regards to dieting i'm not going to crash diet but just eat healthier and cut out alcohol, crisps, chocolate etc. Also what type of painkiller is it safe to take if i'm pregnant, i had a headache for the last couple of days but wasn't sure what i could take because i don't yet know if i'm pregnant

Yep its fine. Exercise is perfectly fine (and good!) when trying to conceive. If you are pregnant you can take paracetomol

Exercise is great pregnant or not, keep it up. Diet, be careful that you are getting the right amount of calories and vitamins each day. Also, you can take regular strength tylenol for a headache.

Exercise is fine.... even recommended ~ it can make your pregnancy and labor easier for you.

As for eating more healthful that is also great! Diets are fine while TTC (as long as they are not fad diets or crash diets). You want to eat healthy before, during, and after your pregnancy.

Tylenol is safe to take while pregnant so it's probably okay for you now but you may want to ask your doctor about this and about your new eating habits just so they know what it going on with you and can make adjustments if needed.

Good luck!
