i have been doing the following routine 2 or 3 days a week and have barely lost weight but i have toned. Problem is i have broadened on my back especially and my bust has grown (im 23 so didnt expect this much) I dont want to cut back on cardio or activities but want to slim down a little and loose a bit more weight 10mins bike, 10 mins cross trainer, 5 mins arm bike thing, 10mins stepper, weights for chest press, tricep press, vertical rower all on 15kg, crunches and maybe lunges, 10 mins on rower and then about 600-1000m swimming in half hourish doing mostly breast stroke any advice please
