hi , i have lost 7 stone but really need to tone up my stomach and arms ,do you thing doing an hour on the rower and some weights for my stomach is better than ,running for 20 minutes ,crosstrainer for 20 minutes and then the rower for the same amount and then some weight for my disgusting stomach ,what do you advise me to do ? i do love the gym ,i have been going for nearly 2 years ,thankyou for your time xx
