Amazon Returns - Help ?

I bought a York Fitness rowing machine 'York Experience Rower' from Amazon.co.uk

It's hydraulic, and the material made belt literally tore/ripped during normal use on the highest settings.

I've only had it a week... any idea on how I can actually go about getting one of the labels which shows they pay for the postage, so I can return my broken mahcine, and get a refund/replacement ?
