Well no doubt there are such big number of weight loss programs available in market, that one could not help but getting more confused each time. I would however suggest you to stick to the basics. First make a good routine for yourself, exercise is a definite MUST. Then cut down on all your junk and impulsive eating habits. Don't starve yourself to death, eat in small portions instead. Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables added to your diet, say No to canned or any type of processed stuff. Cut down on sugar, caffeine and alcohol as much as possible.
