Nope. Productivity of a workout is based on an elevated prolonged heart rate. You dont burn calories efficiently without a high heart rate, you dont gain cardiovascular endurance without a high heart rate, 4-5 minutes cannot produce a high heart rate for a long enough time period to be productive in both fashions.

Seems bloody unlikely, you definetly wouldn't get any cardio benefit from a workout taht wasn't at least 20-35 minutes minimum.
