TO ALL YOU ROWING ENTHUSIASTS.......?

i have recently taken up rowing ( 2 months ago) to help supplement my cycling endurance / stamina fitness. I just wondered if 10 miles in 45 mins on an air rower at max resistance is pretty good for a 43yr old as this is what i have just worked upto.
Sorry, my mistake, i meant kilometers not miles , (although it feels like miles).
