Im a size 8 so i don't need to lose weight but im going gym to tone my body and keep fit.., my main goal is to get that V shape you get at the bottom of your tummy.., i no its all to do with fitness and diet but would this be ok to achieve my goal. Gym 4 days a week
10 mins on running machine & 1000 meters on rower machine under 5mins this is to warm up & cardio Then I do 2 sets of 15 of each of these
Total abdominal crunches
Leg raises
Tummy crunches on matt
Lower back workout
Shoulder Press
Wave machine this is at the end of my work out to warm down and this also works my bum and tummy Diet Morning- 8am Jordans Porridge
Snack- 11am- cup of grapes and a cup of strawberries
Lunch- 1pm chicken stir fry with with a little olive oil to fry the chicken.
4:30pm snack banana and apple
Gym 6pm till 7pm
Tea- 7:30 Whole-wheat pasta with tine of tuna ( in spring water) tea spoon of low fat mao, sweetcorn & onion
