For the past month I've been eating healthy, three meals a day with fruit etc as a snack about 4 weeks ago I started going to the gym 3 times a week to get fitter and more toned and I thought it'd help me lose weight. Well i've not lost any weight according to my scales, I've been really good at going to the gym and I haven't put on weight (touch wood I won't) but I am staying the same, I just don't understand it. I feel like my legs have got slightly smaller and my middle area is slightly more toned but that's it really, I'm not sure if it's in my head because I want to look better because no one else has noticed or said anything. I usually do 30 mins on the tread mill, 10 mins on the steppers, 15 mins on the rower and 10 mins on the bike and do some weights on my middle and arms. What's going on? Why is it not working?
I'm 23 and recently gone on the pill but I haven't been eating more. I normally have 2 slices of toast on weight watchers bread without butter and with weight watchers jam for breakfast. A sandwich with weight watchers bread with a low fat filling without butter again or a salad for lunch. Low fat dinner.
