i am trying to tone up my thighs. I only weigh 8 stone 11 and am 5ft 4" but have flabby bits around hips and thighs.
Aim to do body pump - 1 hour once a week
yoga - 45 mins once a week
gym - 30-45 mins five times a week (10 mins each on cycle, rower, step and cross thing). what do you think?
